Dashboard

Dashboard

  • Edit dashboard: To show or hide tables and/or charts on the homepage, you need to click on field 1.

After clicking the button, a show and hide button will appear at the top right of each chart and table. When you click on the button, you can hide or show them on the dashboard.

After you are done, if you press the button to close the edit button in the upper right corner of the dashboard, your selection will be saved.

  • Expanding the dashboard area: You can hide the right menu by pressing the 2** button on the homepage and you can open the hidden menu by pressing the same button again.


Add Subnet

To add a new subnet, press the Add Subnet button in the Discovery menu.

Then you need to fill in the data in the right menu that opens. After filling in the data and pressing the save button, the data you have entered will be saved.

Show Subnet Detail

To see the detail of a subnet, you must press the button numbered 1 in the action column in the table. When you press this button, a right menu will open and you can view the subnet detail from this menu. To see the details of the ip's in the detail window that opens, you must press the button with the number 1 in the action column in the table. When you press this button, you can access the relevant device detail.

To delete a subnet, you must press the button numbered 2 in the action column in the table. When you press this button, a warning will appear.

If you press the yes button on this warning screen, the record will be deleted. If you press the No button, your deletion will be canceled.


Show Device Detail

To see the details of a device, you must press the button numbered 1 in the action column in the table. When you press this button, a right menu will open and you can view the device detail from this menu.

There are 3 tabs in the menu that opens:

Server Information:

  • If you click on the field numbered 1 from this menu, you can access the connection details of the related device. If you select the Show Service Ports button from this menu, the service ports of the related device will appear as a different table at the bottom of the same right menu.

  • If you click on the field numbered 2 from this menu, you can view the details of the service ports of the relevant device.

  • If you press the remote Setting button in the server information table, the right menu will open where you can make remote settings.

In this window you can change the state or select which user can connect. If you make the relevant changes and click the save button, your changes will be saved.

  • If you press the firewall Setting button in the server information table, the right menu will open where you can make firewall settings and see the rules related to the firewall.

In this window you can change the state or list the rules related to the irewall. If you make the relevant changes and click the save button, your changes will be saved.

  • If you press the web server Detail button in the server information table, you can find the websites on the device and the details of these websites.

Services:

You can review the services and details of the related device from this menu.

Interface Statistics:

You can review the interface statistics of the relevant device here. You can select the device you want to see from the drop-down menu in the upper right corner.

Show Group Label

There is a label column in the main table. When the label button of the relevant device is pressed in this column, a right menu opens and groups the devices according to the label selected from the window that opens.

If you press the button numbered 2 in the action column in the table, a right menu opens. In this right menu, you can add or update labels to the related device.

Add Ruleset

To add a new rule set, you must click the Add Rule Set button in the Ruleset menu.

Then you need to fill in the data in the right menu that opens. After filling in the data and pressing the save button, the data you have entered will be saved.

To view the map about the rules, you must press the button 1.

Rule Detail

To see the details about the rules you need to press the button 2. After pressing the button, a right menu will open. You can view the details from this window.

After filling in the data entry fields in the right menus and pressing the save button, the data you entered will be saved.

Change Rule Status

To enable or disable the rule, you must press button 3.

When you press the button, a warning will appear. If you say Yes, the status of the relevant record will change. If you say No, your transaction will be canceled.

Select Log Type

You can filter according to the log type selected in the Logs menu. You can list the data according to the log type you selected.

Application Map

In this menu you can monitor and filter devices and the connection between devices.

  • To filter, select the data you want to see from the filtering menu next to the map and press the apply button, you will only see the map of the devices you want to see. If you press the clear button, your selections will be reset and you will see all devices.

Filter

If you press the buttons at the bottom of the filter field, which change according to your data, only the data of the operating system you have selected will be shown. If you press the clear button, your selections will be reset and you will see all devices.

  • If you hover your mouse over the node you want to see the details of, the details about the device will appear on the screen.

  • To get more information about the device, click once on the device node you want to see. Clicking on it will open a right menu with details.

Add Alert

To add a new alarm, you must press the Add Alert button. When you press the button, a right menu will open. After filling in the relevant fields in the menu, if you press the save button, the data you have entered will be saved.

Each row of the table has a action column.

If you press the trash button in this column, a warning will appear. If you press the Yes button, your registration will be deleted. If you press the No button, your transaction will be canceled.

To learn more about Grafana Api and how to use it, you can click the button in the details column at the end of the table.

Add Users

To add a new user, you must click on the Add User button. When you press this button, a right menu will open.

Data entry fields will be opened according to the user type you select from the drop-down menu in the right menu.

1.To add a LDAP user, you must have entered the LDAP settings. If you select the user type LDAP, you can complete the process by selecting the LDAP user from the drop-down menu and pressing the add button.

2.If you select the user type Local, you can complete the process by filling in the data entry fields and pressing the add button.

Edit User

To edit the user information, you need to press the edit button in the actions column at the end of the table. When you press this button, a right menu will open. If you enter the fields you want to change in this menu and press the save button, the information will be updated. ! Updates cannot be made for LDAP users.

Add Service Port

To add a new port you need to press the Add Service button. When you press this button, a right menu will open. After filling in the relevant fields in the menu, if you press the save button, the information you have entered will be saved.

Edit Service Port

To edit the port information, you need to press the edit button in the actions column at the end of the table. When you press this button, a right menu will open. If you enter the fields you want to change in this menu and press the save button, the information will be updated.

Add IP

To add a new ip, you need to press the Add IP button. When you press this button, a right menu will open. After filling in the relevant fields in the menu that opens, if you press the save button, the information you have entered will be saved.

Add Label

To add a new label you need to press the Add Label button. When you press this button, a right menu will open. After filling in the relevant fields in the menu, if you press the save button, the information you have entered will be saved.

Mail Setting

In order to enter the mail information and make the necessary settings, you must select mail settings from the left menu, enter the necessary information on the page that opens and press the save button. You can press the Test Mail button to test your settings.

LDAP Setting

In order to enter LDAP information and make the necessary settings, you must select ldap settings from the left menu, enter the necessary information on the page that opens and press the save button. You can press the Test button to test your settings.

DNS Setting

In order to enter DNS information and make the necessary adjustments, you must select dns settings from the left menu, enter the necessary information on the page that opens and press the save button.

Change Password

In order to change your password, you must select change password from the left menu, enter the required information on the page that opens and click the save button.


Genel Arama

This search field allows you to perform a general search of the data in the table. When searching, you can filter the table by entering the word or phrase you are looking for.


Show or Hide Table Columns

Clicking this button will open the list containing the columns of the table.

The ability to show and hide table columns allows users to customize the table according to their personal needs. This feature makes data more understandable and manageable. Users can hide unnecessary details by displaying only the information they are interested in. The selected columns will be saved the next time you enter.

Directions for Use

1. Open the Column Selection Menu:

  • The option to show and hide columns on a table is usually contained in a dropdown menu. To open this menu, select the relevant Click on the button.

2. Select and Hide Columns:

  • When the menu opens, a list of all available columns is shown.
  • Each column has a checkbox next to it.
  • If a checkbox is checked next to a column, that column is displayed in the table.
  • If no checkbox is checked next to a column, that column is hidden in the table.

3. Search Columns:

  • There is a search bar at the top of the menu. Using this bar you can quickly find a specific column.
  • When you start typing the column name in the search bar, the related columns will be filtered and displayed.

4. Saving Changes:

  • Make your selection by checking or unchecking the checkboxes.
  • When you close the menu or click the save button (if available), your selection is automatically applied to the table.


Output in CSV and Excel Format

Download

The buttons to export table data in CSV and Excel format allow users to easily download and use the data in the table. If the table has been filtered or columns have been hidden, the downloaded file will land with these filters applied to the content.


Sorting

When this button, which is located on the edge of each column, is pressed, the data in the pressed column is sorted in ascending order or descending order.


Filtering

When this button on the side of each column is pressed, the filtering list opens according to the column pressed.

Filter

In the window that opens, select how the filtering will be done (starting with, containing, etc.), type the value you want to search for and press the apply button and the table will be filtered according to the field you entered.
